Convention Operations

The following pages are a general guideline for the daily operations of the convention. This includes general duties that (although not specified in the Steering Committee Description) are still considered the responsibility of the particular department chairperson to make sure that the work gets completed. Each Steering Committee member can enlist the help of as many volunteers as they deem necessary to insure that the Mission Statement is followed. We know we know only a little, but we hope this will help future members.

A separate Monthly check-list has also been created for each Steering Committee Member to follow through-out the year to help make sure everything gets done.

Of course by no means does this cover every eventuality that may occur but we have done our best to cover the bases that we are currently aware of. 

If you find anything to be missing, please let the current Policy Chair know so that the appropriate corrections can be made.
